Women in Farming Conference
FCSS is hosting a Women in Farming Conference on Thursday, October 12th at the Readymade Hall, just outside of Coaldale. The event will feature a keynote address from author Billi J. Miller and a workshop from leadership coach, Diana Ward. The day will end with 'relaxation stations' for self-care. Perhaps some of your families are interested in attending? The focus of this event is providing a space where individuals can relate to one another about the challenges and joys of farming/agriculture, and to learn mental health strategies for a long and sustainable career.
