New-Off Campus Education Teacher

The Board of Trustees for The Horizon School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bryan Pritchard as the new Off-Campus Education Teacher commencing February 1, 2024.    

Bryan Pritchard is in his 9th year of teaching and administration with the Horizon School Division. Prior to this, he taught for 12 years in the Lethbridge School Division. In the Horizon School Division, Bryan has served as Principal at Hays and Warner Schools, and as Vice Principal at WR Myers High School.

Mr. Pritchard's education includes a Business Administration diploma from Lethbridge College, a combined Management/Education Degree from the University of Lethbridge, and a Masters Degree in Education (Leadership), also from the University of Lethbridge. 

Bryan grew up on a grain/cattle farm in northeast Saskatchewan, where his family also operated a machinery parts business. He and his wife moved to Lethbridge in 1993, where they raised their two children. Hobbies include travel, waterskiing, curling and golf, although the relationship with curling and golf can be quite strained at times. 

Bryan's personal purpose as an educator is to provide students with opportunities to identify and pursue their interests. The Off-Campus Education role is one that he is very excited to embark upon.
