Horizon Welcomes New Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Board of Trustees for Horizon School Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Howells as the Accounts Payable Coordinator, for The Horizon School Division, beginning August 5, 2025. Tracey comes to us with over 25 years of experience managing the books for her family business, which has given her a strong foundation in financial processes, attention to detail, and problem-solving. She is passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting the success of a team.
Outside of work, Tracey is a proud mom to two adult children and their wonderful spouses. She also shares life with her Labradoodle, Maggie. In her free time, Tracey enjoys the outdoors, working out, and photography.
Tracey believes life is full of challenges—some we choose, and some are gifted to us unexpectedly. Each one is an opportunity to grow and see what we’re capable of achieving. She is excited to step into the Accounts Payable Coordinator role and is looking forward to this new chapter with Horizon and contributing to the great work being done within the division.
