The couple is excited to raise their family in the community that Devon grew up in and Rachelle has fallen in love with. In her spare time Rachelle likes to golf, camp, snowmobile and ski and she says she can never get enough of friends and family.
Rachelle says, “I’m overcome with joy and excitement to be coming back to work in the fall in my new role where I will be able to focus on reconnecting with students, staff, and parents and collaborating together to bring two great schools together into one community school.”
The Board Chair, Marie Logan, states, “The Board of Trustees is confident Milk River students, staff, and community will benefit from Mrs. Miller’s strong community connection and focus on fostering effective relationships.” The division looks forward to working with Mrs. Miller, parents, and the staff of Milk River as they prepare for an amalgamation that will create new learning spaces and the continued efforts to facilitate quality teaching and optimum learning.
Please join us in congratulating Rachelle on her new assignment with The Horizon School Division.
