Family School Liaison Program

 The Family School Liaison Program provides support to children, youth and families to support them in reaching their potential both academically and personally. The Family School Liaison Program recognizes the need for services to support individuals with the various transitions in their lives. Horizon School Division's vision is to create an umbrella of services that focus on resiliency, strength, connections, support and mental wellness. The Family School Liaison Program has three programs that offer this support to students and families. These programs include Family Connections, Family School Liaison Counsellors and both a Mennonite Liaison Worker and First Nations, Métis and Inuit Liaison Worker. All of these services offer unique and successful programming to support individuals in their journey.
